PLZ HELP

I'm A little new to this flash thing
I manage to make a really cool flash (up to my standard)
But I have trouble putting it into my website, with html
So My question is
"How exactly do I do that"

and also If you guys know any cool site where I learn more about falsh (beginer level), plz let me know

After creating your flash thing you need to click File > Publish Settings and check both Flash and HTML. Then you hit Publish.
That will create two files, one .html file and a .swf file. You need to upload both these files. That's it.
