Is it possible to finish playing the movie clip in the "up" state before continuing to the "over" state when the user mouses over a button?

    sorry....

let's say we have two MCs. They are both basically a rotating cube. the only difference between the two is that the 1st is blue and the 2nd is red. If I want to make a button using these two MCs so that the blue cube MC is in the "up" frame and the red cube MC is in the "over" frame, and I want there to be a smooth transition between the two MCs, how would I do it? As it were, if I mouse over the button, it would change from the blue to the red cube, but the red would automatically start rotating from the first frame again, even if the blue cube was only midway through the rotation. This would look choppy. Now re-read my original question and see if it makes sense. Thanks for your help.
