I want to thank Bob Hartzell for promptly taking care of a problem I had ran into.

I had purchased KoolMoves and had went through the online purchasing process, but something went wrong somewhere along the process -- I'm not sure where, but I think an email server went down. Anyway, we did not get the email informing us where to download our purchased copy of KoolMoves.

I sent an email to Bob and ASAP he was on it and emailed the info to us.

It is refreshing to see a company provide such outstanding customer service!!! And such a wonderful program.
