    Bob:

I recently picked up a copy of WEB TECHNIQUES magazine....

in it is a 5 page review of flash, and it listed tools for rapid development ... it had FlashBlaster and Swish listed with paragraph reviews....

just thought you may be interested in seeing what it would take to get KM listed with them

I know a lot of magazines, rightly, place KoolMoves in a different catagory than SWiSH. PC Mag when comparing the programs had SWiSH, Flash, Firestarter, RAVE, Balthesar, and LM in one Catagory and had KM in with Coffecup GIF Animator, Ulead Gif Animator, and MorphINK in another. Typicaly they will put KoolMoves with graphic or Web Graphic tools while these other tools get put in a seperate catagory Flash Authoring group.

Anyhow KoolMoves was recently reviewed and compared in PC Magazine and was awarded the best of the bunch. The Online review is here: http://www.pcmag.com/category/0,2999,s%253D1646,00.asp

    The article is here http://www.pcmag.com/article/02997,s...3D20728,00.asp,

A lot of Review sites don't even have a current version review for KoolMoves. Its not that hard to find reviews for KM versions under 2.0 or even worse they review a 1.X version and say its a 2.X version- twocows had done that.

Part of this will be solved when the German version is released in Europe by Sybex in a couple of weeks. I would expect some promotion to occur as a result of the release. We are probably going to be part of another deal which will also involve considerable exposure.
