Hi,

The guys at http://www.bigshotmedia.com/ do some pretty amazing animation stuff, especially regarding file size.

I imagine they copy graphics to different layers, re-position them and use alpha channels etc. and play around with it till they get the desired result.

Or are there any special techniques involved.

Some of them are really amazing.
