Yoga's good for stress relief. I tried it once but it pi**ed me off. I couldn't keep my friggin balance in that exercise I saw in the yoga article for a minute.

I'll give it another go some day but with some much easier non-balancing exercises.

yeah esp if you can keep up with all the breathing exercises I think my fave has to be ones where you lift your self up and use your weight to massage your back from the neck all the way down to your lower back. I love those exercises, so simple and yet so effective.

Ever tried self hypnosis? It's all about self relaxation and really good. I never finished the course, but did most of the relaxing stuff (teaching you how to totally detach you from your body and what it's supposed to be doing ) and it's very useful. Anytime, I can just count to 5 and be very relaxed.

Also, running is somthing I love, its like forcing all my anger into my feet and being nice and cold outside too (winter). Also yelling at people is fun, and also playing pranks on people.

    Aria,

    Seriously.

Go out and buy yourself a colouring book and some crayons, sit in front of the tv, veg-out and colour.

    There's nothing more relaxing...

Also, have some camomille tea to help you sleep.

With the self-hypnosis Ed, could you turn out like that guy in Office Space who remained in a hypnotised state cause the doctor didn't click his fingers since he had a heart attack.

I'd love to be in a state like that.

i find playing guitar relieves a lot of stress for me, but i need to do something less sedentary, like running around a field with no shoes on.
