figured it out.

ok what exactly is so great about this koolmoves, looks like you can do most of what they have in flash?

That's the point.
Kool Moves has a WYSIWIG GUI while Flash has a time line and advanced a programers interface. With Kool Moves all you have to do is draw it or place your images on the screen and it will do the rest of the work for you. It's great for animation.
Flash is almost like programming.
You also might want to look at the difference in price between Kool Moves and Flash.

The four things I like the most about KoolMoves are-
1.Animations and jobs that would take hours in Flash take minutes
2.Direct support and interaction with the developer
3.Better price
4.easy reusable effects
Just a few favorites! Get it, at its price, even if you don't use it full time, it will cut your time in half in Flash.
