Thread: .swi to .gif ?

    I’m not sure if it can be done, but can I export a .swi file to a .gif file?

    Export Tab: Export your SWI Movie to an AVI then bring it into another program such as Jasc's Animation Shop (http://www.jasc.com) to convert it to an animated GIF.

    Thanks for the assistance, but it seems I lose any of the motion/action created in .swi after it opens in Animation shop; perhaps I am doing something wrong or is this the best it will export?

    If you have them in sprites you'll need to add more frames to your timeline to compensate or at least put a stop in the main timeline.

    If there are no stop controls in an swi on output to avi it picks the last action in the base timeline.
