    What is the best program for optimising/crunching animated gifs? I thought I'd get everyones opinion on this.
    I am currently using (and am happy with) Adobe ImageReady

    i heard mac fireworks has 1 of the most powerful ones. but i havent seen photoshop 7 so i dunno

    Right, I tried foreworks and imageready optimises better. I really need to find something even better than imageready. Any other ideas?
