progress bar, loading bar

Okay anyone I have been at this for about a day now. I need a simple code to run a loading bar on my pages for the those dial up users that will be waiting for my pages to come up. Can any one show me how I can preload a loading bar in to my pages.

for a progress preloader in swish.
It's not fully achieveable with swish.

However Cadence has been gratious enough to provide swf's created in flash that you can use in conjuction with your swish movie.
