Waking up early is good for your health. Wake up early morning, do some aerobics exercise, then go to shower. Aahhh! How refreshing. Eat liltle breakfast and you're ready to go.

    Not early enough.
I have 3 alarms timed to go off 15-20 minutes after each other from 7AM (so last alarm is 7:30AM) but I always end up getting up around 8AM-8:20AM and I have class at 9AM.

Now this will change. I've finally finished my course but tomorrow will I'll be waking up early one last time to go meet some friend after they do their resit to play some soccer.

However, starting some day this week, I'm gonna go jogging again in the mornings. Since it's also winter here in Sydney it's also better cause you're body works more to warm up and you burn more fat.

Good for you! How much are you going to do? Track or in the streets?

Yeah, dude, same here. I'm always awake, lying in bed, when I hear my alarm go off.

I go to bed between 2 and 3 am, I wake up at 5am... I don't have much time for sleep, who needs it anyway!

Wake at 10-11PM and hit the pillow anywhere between 3-4AM.
A good 6 hours sleep is enough.

How much I do varies on my mood. I use to jog about 2KM (not really sure), but when I feel like go for a good long run I go about 4-5KM (4 sounds right).

I jog from my house up/down a hill, then onto a path connecting to the beach which takes about 10 minutes. I then stop for a water break and continue on along the beach which gives my calves more workout as well, then I stop a bit up the beach, jog home or just keep going to the next suburb down and then head back home.
