I don't like the rollover type navigation. Everything is too small and unreadable. I would really like to see some contrast somewhere. The disappearing block effect is kinda cool.
Loads very fast. Not much to load I guess. Just My opinions.

At least you are trying something innovative.

I have to say i find a rating of 2 and 3 relatively harsh, but ok. You guys think it's too small?! Well I wanted to keep it very basic and the font is a normal kroeger font size 8 so readable everywhere else. and why not in my page!?

Bare in mind, I am merely testing out the design really. So if you guys like it I might do a proper website out of it.

I recon it's too slow and lacks dynamic.. the way the menu fades away.. and also the way it behaves : fades out when i roll back on it .. whats with that?

I'm in 1280x1024 and it's almost impossible to read the grey pixel font.

also, you ripped my explorer and flash buttons on the main page..

I must say I don't mind da style at all...but I don't like the rollover-activated menu (I can see you were lookin for a way to block the menu while loading..).

Very nice photos (but we'r not here for this right?) but I find it very annoying that when you navigate the photo gallery, all the buttons around the photos (prev. next...) disappear.

The loading animation is quite boring, and after a while it becomes really irritating.

Try making the interface more static, with solid aesthetics, and pack it with dynamic details..

guys, I'm on a 1600x1200 res, and fonts looked perfectly neat. (you all know it's just a matter of positioning and sizing...any font can be set to perfect antialiassing).

It looks nice. I'm curious, did you get the navigation idea from my previous NASI01 version? I'm just curious, not going to get mad or anything.

You definitely need preloaders on your subcontent because they take too long to load to not need one. Use _parent instead of _root or else the loaded swf will be checking whether the main movie is loaded or not.

hi thanks i was waiting for you Dan. Yeah, loved your menu. It think it was a pretty good idea, probably works better with a bigger menuu than mine.

The website should load absolutely instantly cause the files are only 2kb or so, biggest 4kb. everything loads on demand. so the problem is really geocities. a preloader would add about 50 % - 1kb to the size so i thought i'd leave it away.

mate i dont think so. i got these buttons from a friend who is japanese and i saw them on several other japanese sites, probably somebody else must have got them from you or you ripped them (no offence!).

Anyway if there are really yours would you mind if I use them.

i sure as hell wouldn't worry about the Flash and IE buttons or where you got them from...i highly doubt taking a product's logo and putting a black box around it constitutes as original design that shouldn't be pirated by others
