flash or koolmoves when developing a project. I know, for banners you've 468 x 60 pixels as a standard plus a few other sizes to follow. Is there a standard like this for developing flash or koolmoves projects? I really need to know so I don't make my project frame sizes too small or too big. Again, thanks.

Goto http://www.cj.com and you'll learn all about banners !
KoolMoves (or Flash) projects are independent from "frame size".

I used banners as an example of SET pixels STANDARDS.

I want to know, is there any standards for developing WEBSITES with flash or koolmoves when defining the movie WIDTH and HEIGHT in pixels.

Are they standard(s) for the movie width and height pixels?

    Simple answer: NO !
Your movie can be (for example) from 88x31 to 1024x768.
    It's your choice.

Put the swf in a table scale the swf both sides 100% and adjust the width of your table to the percentage of the size you want to let it appear on the page.
