when i put a wav in one of my flashes it reduses its size, doing that messes up the sound of some of my wavs i got causing the flash show never to be created...
how can i disable wav compression?

You can adjust the compression by going to Movie>Advanced>WAV Compression. You can't really turn it off though and it really shouldn't be preventing the SWF from being made.
Send a copy of the FUN and WAV file to [email protected] along with a bug report so that he can look into it.

the wav comes out scrambled thats why the flash doesnt get made...

KoolMoves is directly altering the WAV file itself and then refusing to make the SWF?
This shouldn't happen at all! Especially as there isn't anything in KoolMoves to edit WAV files. WAV editing is handled through specified editors outside of the KoolMoves app itself set in preferences.
Send the mangled WAV to Bob as suggested along with the assosciated FUN file...
Now the Flash player itself will only play back at wavs sampled at 5500, 11025, 22050, or 44100 and if it is diffrent then it will aproximate thus causing distortion in the created SWF. If you are able to create a SWF and it sounds distorted adjust the sampling rate to one of those four settings and it will fix it.
Koolmoves itself shouldn't be doing anything except reading the Wav file in order to make the SWF. Again if it is doing anything else you should send the files to Bob so he can sort it out as this behavior has never been observed or reported before.
Just a thought here but if you are planning on making Background music and don't mind using the Flash 6 player then you can use load movie on a unconverted mp3 for sound. This will allow you to play larger sound files without converting anything.
