Honestly, Livemotion would be a mix of Adobe AfterEffects (the timeline) and Adobe ImageStyler with a bit of Adobe ImageReady thrown in...

Not too sure, but I believe there is a download for Livemotion via Adobe's site... worth a try at least. I am used to AfterEffects, and I find LiveMotion very comfortable... also used to Illustrator, as well as the other Adobe products... so, my comfort level with LiveMotion out of the box is rather high...
