Problem with javascript command. Opening projector window.

javascript:window.open('Ver4.swf',new%20Date().get Seconds(),'width=480,height=600');%20location.href ='#';

I am using this command to open my site in a projector window. The problem is that in IE when I do that it opens the site perfectly well, but the reference page goes blank and the java script command is in the url window. I would like the reference page to stay in place.
