    on my website i got a history page and would like to make this page like the intro for starwars what would be the best way to do this? (the website is in html btw and i got flash 5)

    Try this

    Ive seen this done. I think you type in your text change text into a movie clip and then tween it using the skew function. Use a mask for the fade.
