Sorry if it takes a minute to download but thats the problem. Any ideas on how to help this would be great.

Does anyone know how flash loads the files? If there is a load url will it start to load the embedded .swf only after it gets that command? Is there a difference between loading a url or a movie file?

i like the look and feel of your site
it did take some time to load the website, and the site actually says "skip intro".. so i didn't fully load the site when i navigated it.

well if you want more loadmovie tutorials, you can find them here in the tutorials section i think (flashkit)

Site looks nice, only took about 5 seconds to load on my machine but then i have broadband.

Wasn't too keen on the beginning with the turqoise shape tweens. otherwise, nice work.

One of the best uses of shape tweens I've seen! Cant get those damn things to look good. The intro is nice, loaded fine on my cable. Was there meant to be a site though? I got a black window (With some black text that I stumbled on by highlighting it)

Yeah ok, thanks to thos eyou have had a look, if it didn't load properly its because there shouldn't be a skip intro when the actual site is loading, so don't click it. Its crap that I am preloading almost the whole site though. Does anyone know a good way around this? I guess I should just have preloaders for each image?

intro was very good , pitty you did not let it end properly (it quite harsh jumped to the loading with the globe)

I like your site the only thing where wasn't completly happy about was that you used everywhere bautiful pictures in the top frame wich a have a specific style except in the news menu. You used very nice pictures but the don't combinate with the rest if you know what i mean. But I like the site.

yes your point is quite valid - there is still some tweeking to do, its because I did have the preloader b4 the intro, so the intro bled seamlessly into the site. Now that its in between I'll have to look at that again.

I understand your comment but unfortunately I can't see an easy way around this as we hope to show photos of current projects here and people will want to see them in colour.

Ok thanks for the feedback. I've now cahnged the intro a bit and have a prob at the end of it. The first couple of frames from the intro appear again briefly before it goes to the main site - this hould not happen!

Anyone know why or a way around this?

Any ideas on how to get the main site loading faster? It currently doesn't load in the background of the intro, anyone know how to do this?
