Flash detection: no flash? use image!

I am looking for the javascript to do just that. The script will detect for flash plugin, if viewer dont' have the plugin, then the script will swap the the Flash file for the image file. I don't want (actually, not allowed) to direct viewers to another page if they don't have flash player.

Anyone has that script?
