If you truely believe in the Bible, you would let your God decide who is guilty. It's been proven many times that innocent people have been executed unjustly. I don't think a "God" would make that mistake.

Murder is murder, regardless of how you justify it. The US has a constitution, not a bible - as it's charter. Isn't that why we are against radical Islamist? Because they believe the Koran justifies their actions and violates people's human rights?

If you understood the Bible you would know that the Bible allows governments to decide whether they want to use capital punishment or not..it is totally up to them.

Either way is fine...it isn't wrong not to use it...and based on the bible...I can't say it is wrong that it is used... I think it is a sensible punishment.

Oh and radical islamists use of the Koran to justify murder is not anything the same..
