Ok, I need to firstly import another movie file into my existing Scene.

I have just imported the file and it doesn't play at all, do I need to bring in the whole library and all the frames of all the MC's in this movie to get it to play? I just want it to run in the background of my interactive Scene.

What are the steps for importing whole movies?
What are the steps to access another MC to play away in the background?

Any help will be appreciated and greatly learnt
