    CD ROM With AVI File

I have a project where we have six hours of video broken up into 30 minute segments, which are broken up into 3 separate CD ROMs.
We will have an exe interface autoload with options to view the different .avi segments.
Rather than run the avi files through Flash, I was just thinking of calling up the avi files directly and letting Windows Media player display the videos and offer the option to download the Media Player if it wasn't already on the local machine.
I haven't been real pleased with the lip synching that I've seen so far with MX.
Does any have any suggestions or comments on this.
    Thank you.

    Hi
l suggest you get SWF Studio , it will do as you want with ease ,and is jam packed with features .
Calling Mplayer is the way to go as it gives the best quality ,SWF Studio has FScommands that do this , you pick your video tell studio where and what size you want to play it and thats it .

Converting video to SWF is really only for very small videos anything large and you get sound sync problems bigtime and use heaps of ram , the Flash player was never designed to play video and it does a terrible job on anything with size .

    Regards Rod
