Can't download samples :(

Hi there.
I went to the sample section of Flash Kit, and I found a really cool pop-up menu that I wanted to use. After I download it, the problem is that when it opens, FlashMX (from Macromedia) says there is no such file. This happens with all the samples I try to open. What's wrong?

its .fla file. It's not only that file . Every time I try to download a sample and open the .fla file it doesn't work

post so nice you did it twice???

Whats the error message... maybe the fla is in win format and your on a mac. Maybe you got a bad crc when you downloaded it... maybe the guy who made it gave an empty fla (happens sometimes)

(p.s. your footer is too big, you might want to crop it before a mod tells you to.. i think the limit is 300x30)

I am on windows, so the .fla should work. But I found out what was wrong ((although it was weird)). I can only open the file once I am ALREADY in flashMX. I havce the go to file>open. I guess I can't double click to open But as long as it works, it's ok by me

BTW, thanks for telling me about the footer. I can't find out how to change the width and length though. I tried using HTML, but it didn't work. hehehe. Im so dumb.

You have to edit the image, use photoshop, fireworks, even M$ paint...
