noscale problem

When I access the stage.width property, it tells me the width of the movie.

If I understand correctly when I set
stage.scalemode="noscale"
and then access the stage property it should return the width of the flash player. Instead it returns 0.

Is this a bug or do I do something wrong ?

Probably not implemented yet - I have sent a sample swf to Bob.

You might want to try this:
Stage.noScale = true;

Not sure if that will work....

I found out it was a timing problem.
I had to add a listener to the stage to solve the problem.

Nevertheless, I will look at the swf Hilary sent me and see if it is different from a KM produced one.

I found the problem. Stage is Flash 6 but KM did not recognize it as such. When you added addListener it did recognize the script as requiring flash 6. When something doesn't work that is Flash 6, the first thing to do is look at the Flash version the file is exported as in SWF Statistics. Report mis-classifications to me.
