    History brush in Photoshop 7

I have taken an image in Photoshop 7 / made a snapshot/ and with the original I “desaturated” so basically it’s grayscaled/ now with the history brush I need to add color to a specific region.

My problem is the history brush is not pixel specific enough and the color smears out to far – can anyone offer an alternative method / that would be more detailed.

thanks in advance for the help…..Ela

Not sure what the problem is - do you know you can create a brush with any amount of "smear" you want? Just select the history brush, then click the button on the right of the top tool bar which will open the brushes palette. Here you can make just about any kind of brush you will ever need. Adjust the "Hardness" setting to make the brush more pixel specific.

    Hope this helps.
