nice site, really sharp. I like designs that aren't 'enclosed'. It could use some sound just for interactivity, but personally I don't like it when sites have music on them, i'm almost always listening to music while I surf anyway, I'm sure a lot of people are.

    nice site.

personally, i like the site, but not so much

eyes hurt from tryin to read when text is so small.

I like silent sites. Unless you use sound nicelly, you'd only make a bigger swf file. And it's damn hard to use sound correctly.

Transitions are pretty cool, looks simple, but it gives a nice dynamic effect.

    Good transitions and great actionscript.

    Thank you very much.

Thank you Budget Nudist for posting the link to losthumans. I am really glad to have all of the feedback and surprised to see my site posted.

I am not totally finished with the site and need to still work on sound. Your feedback has been great because I think that I will use it a bit more sparingly rather than loops and event sounds on everything. Originally I had a loop integrated but it was short and repetitive and I took it out.

The idea behind the look of the site started as I tried to to actionscript these natural systems (the code is some original and some learned from tutorials and fla files from all over). I only wanted the portfolio items to be in color to convey my placement of importance on the work but now it may be too stark and I may have to integrate more color.

The tutorials of bit-101 and deconcept have been hugely integral in me learning these systems. I hope to work on them more and make them a little more interactive as time goes on and as I learn more about the new drawing API.

Thank you again for your support. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for the site.
