How do I put my movie on newgrounds.com

I made my first movie on swish2.0 and I'm trying to put it on macromedia player for newgrounds.com

and then the flash option
you can upload the swf

what message do you get?
do you wait long enough for the upload?
Did you upload the SWF?

yes I did.Do you know how to get the preloader download on my computer.My movie was between 2kb-5kb

i don't think you need a preloader for a small movie like that

what exaclty goes wrong when you try to submit the movie?

i didn't had a preloader
and i did it
the file was removed because there was almost nothing in it
but it worked
