where´s that ecity? anyho,i´ll work on a first basic engine featuring big (windowsized) tiles and show you then.i know that making graphics needs patience,so don´t get in a hurry,only do as much as you want toat once.

i'm still very very busy these days:

1) pixelBoy. i'm finishing my game. yes, finishing, it will be my first complete game! it's soo enhanced since the last version than it's another game, with several game modes, several stages etc...

2) i'm creating all the visuals (video clips and art) of a snowboard event, which takes all my time these days. it's for the job, but it will be finished soon, so maybe i'll have the time to draw some nice gfx (i already done something, but it's too early. would you like it in pixelBoy format (gray gradiants) or in color? it may be more impressive in color than in pixelBoy format (maybe pixelBoy advance? ^^)

cool about your pixelboy game,looking forward to that one.
i´d like colored graphics more.i´ll wait tillyou´ve more time then,just let me know,the engine is ready.
(by the way: you don´t have to make tiny tiles,you can actually have really big ones now..i´m using a different style of tilebased engine now ^^)

The book is great... its not all pixel stuff though... great eye candy/inspiration
