    16:9

How can i export a 16:9 video? i usually work with premier, with quicktime options and cleaner pluggin, i choose widescreen 16:9 on everything (working and exporting vids) and whenevr i export them they end up looking 4:3 of course since i shot em 16:9 they look pretty nasty when exported as 4:3.
HOW?? how can i export 16:9 with the 2 black stripes. .

    hey Phreak,

Are you looking to export the 16:9 with a border from Premier - or are you talking about doing this with Squeeze afterwards?

If you want to do this as Flash, you can make your movie in the dimensions you want, then import the .flv to the Flash timeline, make a black background and center your video to create the effect.

Otherwise, After Effects would allow you to do this on the stage.

Well, you can export from Premier as Sorenson - best/milions+, then create an .flv with Squeeze or Flix - import to the Flash timeline and then export with a border (larger stage size).

You could also do some layers in QT Pro, pasting a black image in the background that is bigger than the movie.
