    Please Help Me! Please!

I have a site that uses 3 frames, and the links assigned to the buttons in my flash movie menu (in the left frame) won't open the url in the main frame (right frame, which is not an option on the program). I've tried typing in main frame, right frame, etc but all it does is open a new window. How do I do this?? And how do you add ping mouse rollover effects on buttons?!?

When I type the name of the frame in this box (main frame, right frame etc.)since those are not options from the drop down menu within the box, the link still opens up a new window instead of the appropriate frame when I save the swf file and upload it to the site.
