why - oh why...can't I get rid of border in pop up? anyone...?

    Hi there,
just finished 2 flash presentation for a fashion designer, can't seem to get anywhere with controlling the size of my pop up window..... :'(

I'm using the script Viper32817 gave me on here ages ago, it always works but at the moment I'm stuck... it's a bit of java script that gets called from the flash button and lets me control size and positioning, as well as the scrollbars etc...

The problem is now that I have entered the exact same size as the flash movie for the pop up window but there's always a small border (maybe about 2-3 pixels) around it no matter what I do...
The thing is that for the 'diva' selection I am starting off with pink as main colour but the finish is blu, so on end of movie the border does look very ugly....

If anyone could spare me a sec and have look at what I mean:

(the actual site is not mine, only the flash presentations)

Any thoughts, tips or links would be greatly appreciated, don't know what to do anymore....
hoping for a solution to this headache...

    Thanks, Poj...
I tried that already - that's why I'm so baffled... I always set my margins up as "0" and don't normally get this problem - but I'm working on 3 different projects at the moment, using the same set up - same problem with all 3... viewed in most browsers, mac or pc....
If the colour doesn't change throughout I would be fine but with jpg background or colour chnage.... it's really giving me headaches...

    THANKS for the tip though.....
