This is one argument from a feminist I don't understand. I was talking to an activist and she says the men do thing subconsciously to degrade women. Picking up a check at a restuarant, holding the door open, pulling out a chair, can supposedly be seen as a man saying "I am dominant and you couldn't do this without me"
This girl I'm sorta kinda dating let me know right away that she doesn't need a man to open her door. On our second date, I walked to her side to unlock and open the car door for her and she pushed me over to my side of the car. Point made, no weird oppressor schmeel. But then on the other side of the coin you have women that think you're a rude bastard if you don't open the door for them. I've even heard one girl say she'd rather be alone if she had to open her own doors. "She likes to be treated like a lady".

you are definatly right no-one has the right either male or female to be abused either physically or mentally, but that is where the male becomes more dominant over the female, yes there are a few women that abuse men but it is a rare few.And as jstarkey said this kind of debt could turn into a time bomb, but everyone also has the freedom to make such statments and view there own opinions on anyone subject.
