Who needs pants?
Structure the first comic ?
I was wondering how to structure the first comic in a comic series. I was just asking because i have alot of information to get a ccross in the first episode and my concern is that it will make it boring. I want to keep the first episode interesting but yet get accross all the information that i need to. Any recomendations?

Yeah i was thinking of doing it both ways. Have the story unvale gradually through out the comic. So to keep it informative through the whole series. And i was just thinking if i had the whole story told in the first comic their would be too many speech bubble's
thatnks for the input.
BTW does ne one have any good online comic strip examples ?
Thanks in AdvancE

hmmm ... classical plots are always good choice. but i would try something more movie-like. for example start with the present, an action scene or something like it. this will introduce the reader into the plot with enthusiasm.
create mischief and deceive the viewer.. make him/her ask why is the character doing this and that, like if you were assuming they already knew the chars past. as the story goes on, you start to reveal things that help the reader understand why was the char doing those things in the beginning.
<personal opinion> and finish with a huge amount of explosives and a bloodbath </personal opinion>

I like that style. You see it alot but it works really well. Start with an action scene and introduces information gradually. Think i will go with that.
Thanks for the input.
Also do you know of any good online comics that i could take a look at ?
