    Colouring Help?

Im a fairly good drawer ( well atleast i think so) but when it comes to coloring in and lineing my work on a computer i wouldnt have a clue how to do it properly ive only dealt with pixel art size of digital imagery. What i want to know is their any really good tutorials on lining your work using photoshop and coloring your work using photoshop or corel painter. The main style of coloring i want to know how to do is the following images off

    www.jdillon.net (an amazing artist)
    Penciled and coloured
    Afternoon
    and this one
    Guardian

If anyone could help me out it would be most appretiated.

    ThankS in AdvancE

There's more tutorials on that same site (including one for Painter).

If you have the full retail version of Painter, there's some good tutorials and demos in the program itself (as well as the full-color manual).

I would imagine the pencil color was either by using a colored pencil, or by adjusting the color after an image was scanned (simple adjustment settings in Photoshop).

I just use the smallest pen I can find. AS for scanning use the highest dpi you can handle. I have some links to good pages:

http://members.cox.net/gerardfx/ - the tutorial seems to be down
    http://www.geocities.com/hamchoba/animex/animex.htm - basic drawing...
http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/index.htm - really good and a scan tutorial
