Good Anime Picture Sites?

Does anyone have a some good sites for anime pictures ? Good variety of styles and good quality too? The pics can be from actuall anime cartoons or just plain old inspirational art work.

If you are looking for really awesome anime-style art done in Flash, I recommend: Teru's World.
