Abstract shape - how can i getthis one ??

Hi all.. I know i am asking too much in these days but i am working on abstract shapes & heavenistic shapes, so i am trying to learn both 3DS Max and Photoshop at the same time.
I saw this and could not solved out how to get this effect in 3ds max ?? I am using noise thing but i can't reach it. I tried out a few combinations but still couldn't fins out...
Here is the one i did (as a wallpaper). It is a cool one but its not the effect i wanted.
Look at the attached jpg file to see the effect i am looking for... Any1 can help me ???

i rally have no idea, but i got something to tell you you posted a pic from deviantart the other day.....curiosity made my sign up there and i realized they got a loooooot of art and a looooot of tutorials, some related to what you're looking for.....i don't know if you've already done it, but i suggest you to sign up there it's worthy

Yeah i know that place but could not find what i am looking for...
Also the RAGE thingy i made is a big big big inspiration from some deviandart walpapers.
