Chromeless boarderless internet explorer Window?

I wasnt sure where to post this, I was wondering if anyone could help me out in explaining how i would go about having a button on a web page that launch's a boarderless window with no scroll bar and have the top bar replaced with my own colour and the minimise and close button replaced with my own images, and also all the internet explorer buttons removed?

Please help
