Howz about them Hammers!! Down in the Nationwide, scumming around with the likes of Derby, Coventry, Watford and the other not-ready-for-primetime players.

And about the primetime - Wolves for the insta-drop.

    Who's with me???

    cheeky buggers!

Its mr diego's loss. Was all set to sign, we agreed a deal with them but the lad can't get a passport, and unlike those cheating sods down the road we don't do dodgy passports....cough..Silvinho

Bobby Z will be class..he's already got the best song. I'm quite confident he'll prove a better signing than that big bald useless muppet Cygan!

I can't wait until Teddy's Revenge, as he comes back with Pompey to lead a Spurs humiliation.

    Maybe another hatrick?

    In Glenn's nightmare's maybe.

Any season where Liverpool beat the Toffees 3-0 is a good season.

And when did Mendieta start playing for 'boro? Does he really not want to play for Spain that badly?

hehe ... it actually wasn't too bad a game considering Liverbore were playing! 3-0 was a bit flattering though I thought.

As for Mendieta, yeah, he joined boro the other week, it's amazing the calibre of player you can get on loan these days! Stephane Dalmat has just joined Spurs on loan from Inter Milan today, he's a good midfielder. I reckon Mendieta will rediscover the form he had when he was at Valencia and will be great this season.

No mistaking a fan of a team hell-bent on compulsive under-acheivement now, eh?.

    and S'hmpton shock Younited 1-0.

United for the insta-drop. Who's with me??

And in case anyone cares, ESPN, my live game source, seems to have switched from showing Spanish to Italian league games. I don't know whether to be happy or sad. What's better? Watching Real Madrid or Inter Milan?

And finally - in the Interesting Stats department. This season, top flight Brazilian teams have sold 53 players to teams in various other top divisions around the world. That's equivalent to a quarter of the Premiership selling their whole starting team and some - if a quarter of the Premiership were English, that is.

Seems that with the pathetic prize money that teams are offered in Brazil, they have figured that the only way to make some real money is to become player farms for the rest of the world.

Great for the rest of the world. Sucky for those here, left to watch the dregs of what's left battle it out.
