    need help with CATAPULt effect!!!!!!

    i am planning on making a game, where you can fight each other with catapults. The view will be like gta 2. only 1 prob. i wanna make a catapult effect where you'll have a rock and a elastic thing. You have to drag the rock on the elastic thing, and when you release your mouse button, the rock will by shot from the catapult. CAN AYONE HELP ME!!???????
