Center fixed-size movie in 100% scaled exe

I've seen a reply to a similar question sometime early in the year, but I cant find it with the search function..

I'd like to create a presentation, in kiosk form, but with the content of the movie at a fixed size, and centered in the screen. I'd have expanding borders to fill the remainder.

I know its something to do with the stage object, but cant work out how to ensure my fixed-size swf remains fixed size if I use 100% scale. I'll be using an exe, so I cant use js to set the size of the swf and pass on those variables, so any suggestions would be welcome.
