    i have some really good tutorial liks on how to create this effect at home. Im in class right now so it may be a few hours before i can get back to you... but i will

    also, i did this for my site and once you ad some good texture to it it really looks great.

    you can also scan a piece of paper in and then edit it.

    looks like just a bunch of grunge brushes to me, find some good dirty/grunge brushes and your set
