    resolution issue

    hey everyone, im in the design of a splash page but the owner of the webpage says that he still has a lot of visitors using 800*600 res.
    When designing in "full flash" I use "%" for width & height so there is no trouble at any resolution, what would be the right way to fullfill both resolutions (800*600 & 1024*768) needs.

    can i make a splash page in flash??? never seen that before , that´s why I ask... thx
