    Food

We all eat, and being the creative bunch of people we should be lets hear all of your cullinary creations or inovations.

Here are a few of mine... (eat at your own risk)

    1. Swilly Mandrin
Get a segment of mandrin (or orange?) and dip in sweet chilli sauce. Nuff' said.

    2. Customisable Fudge
Melt some butter, then mix with icing sugar untill just before it becomes solid than add the favouring of your choice. Some suggestions are penut butter, nutella, coco and chopped fruit.

    3. Iced orange
Get a bowl and put in a bit of icing sugar. Then chop up an orange and dip it. And last but not least...

    4. Chocolate coated stuff
Melt some melting chocolate, then dip stuff in it and let them harden. Works on nealy an fruit, especial bannanas, and works supprisingly nicely on watermelon cubes. Also, don't be afraid to add some other stuff, like sprinkles or nuts.

    Some beef thing
    by V A Burov a la me

    Buy some beef.
Cut it all in thin pieces, enough to fit in a pan.
    Put on disposable latex gloves.
    Get some "Wishbone Italian sauce".
Drench the thinly cut beef with the sauce and your gloves. Make sure its in there good.
Cook for about 12 minutes on high.
Ehh, you're done, and it really tastes great.

Then I also like the 'whatever's in the fridge special'

squid, yeah, jerk chicken is a rather famous dish from Jamaica. spicy grilled chicken just begins to explain what it is.

    Trinidad Steak:
    • marinade...
      - fresh cut ginger, about 5 slices the size of quarters
      - 2 oz. pineapple juice
      - teaspoon fresh ground pepper
      - (dash) garlic and herb seasoning
      - 1 oz. coca-cola
      - (dash) angostura bitters
      - (dash) worchestershire sauce
      - 1/2 oz. spiced rum or bourbon

marinade steak for at least 6 hours. cook on grill or cast iron skillet on medium heat. flip once when juices start coming through top of steak. cook for about 5 or so minutes, then place pineapple ring and a small bit of butter in the middle. when butter melts, flip for final cooking, and take up in about 2 minutes.

      Pineapple part is rather optional.

    Crazy Chicken Stirfry:
    • - 2 chicken breasts, thin sliced (tenders)
      - 1 whole mexican or yellow onion
      - 4 spring onions chopped
      - 2 bell peppers
      - 1/2 cup chopped carrots
      - 1 celery stalk chopped up
      - 1 hungarian wax pepper (hot)
      - 1 cup wild rice
      - (dash) seasoned salt
      - (splash) soy sauce

chop up all vegetables, prepare to be steamed over medium high heat in either a wok or frying pan with butter at the bottom of the pan. add onions and peppers first. cook down a bit, then add vegetables, cover with a dash of seasoned salt, and stir. spray (mist) water over vegetables, and cover when they start to cook down a bit (like 2 minutes). uncover and stir. splash soy, stir, recover for a few minutes. you want vegetables to be crisp.

in another frying pan, medium heat, add chicken over heated peanut or sesame oil. pepper chicken as you stir fry.

cook chicken until well done. drain, add back to pan.

add vegetables. finish cooking rice. serve in bowls.

    My favorite recipe:

    Pick up phone
    Dial 310 3030
    Ask for "Meat Lovers Special"
    Wait 30-35 minutes
    Answer door
    Add money as needed
    Open box
    Serve hot from the box
Or serve cold the next morning with beer.

    Voila!

    It's used to it. WOOO!

Right now I'm getting rid of stuff lingering in the fridge and feezer. Ground beef, green onion, garlic, green beans, peppar vodka (only bought it for cooking), soy sauce, sugar, touch of hot sauce in a skillet.
