All I have....
All I have are a few that use .wav files for mouseover sound effects. Here is one if you want to look at it. Someone else may have something that is closer to what you want.

I've tried that trick and to be honest, I don't really reccommend it.
What you have to do is use a video editing programme and save the frames as JPEGs or GIFs and then recompile them as a flash movie.
(1) An AVI or MPEG4 movie runs at around 30 frames per second so for a 10 second movie you are talking about 300 images at an average of 20KB,, so your movie is going to be 6 megas in size if you want a good quality replication of the original.
(2) The way you can cut down on the huge file size is to select about 6 key frames per second of the original movie and use tweens to smooth out the missing frames. that makes for a jerky movie and it's still 1 mega in size (TOO BIG).
(3) you can then chop out a lot of extra colour in the images by saving them at about 65 or 70% quality which will probably knock another 40% from the file size.
So what you now have is a flash movie of about 600KB (BIG) which is not only jerky to watch, but is also of pretty poor image quality,,,in fact,,just like the example you gave us on your link.
Cheers. Cross your fingers that Necro can come up with something.

GUSMUS is right.
But we'll try to embed the whole AVI inside of the SWF file.
BOB has a good starting point.
Probably on KM v4.4 ...

An easy way. Download CamStudio 2.0 here http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/pc/bazar/sf-exe/c/camstudio/
Convert your avi to swf with it. Use some action script to preload your new swf movie.
