Did you do this all in PShop/Illustrator? Even the separations?
Or did you let the printer handle that?

Eh, I just did it in PS, with each layer having one color.
So just 2 layers. Than I sent him the PSD. I didnt know you could do it like that, but I guess ya can.

Yeah, I guess it depends on the printer.

I've actually had guys ask me to redo/resend the files because they'd rather be working with Illustrator files - not that you couldn't just open the Pshop file in Illustrator. I do realize though that the info would still be raster rather than vector, probably why they want it in Illustrator (for scaling).

Do you know off hand what line screen the printer was working with, (most of the screen printers I've worked with work at a pretty low LPI)?

Eh, no idea. The guy I ordered the tshirts from did all the talking with the printer. The file was in 3oo dpi if that helps.

Thats pretty fresh. You should submit it to akademiks or ecko, they are allways looking for designers.
