Cloud anim help

I took a picture of some clouds and then smudged it around a bit in photoshop so it would look as if the clouds are moving in flash. But when I broke them apart I can't get them to shape tween. The tween looks as if it should work (a solid line) except it does not change anything. Any ideas?

Shape tweens are for shapes. Your image is still a bitmap. You have to Trace Bitmap to make it a shape ( which dont give that efficient results if its still going to look like a photo, and the filesize may get huge ).

Better is to alpha tween two symbols with different cloud images inside but that may not gove the movement you want.

Or get a real cloud animation and import into Flash. There are many threads about this and especially about the old 2advanced clouds. Ive seen links to different cloud animations too. make a search.
