cgi-bin Folder

I wish to find a good server to upload my personal homepage. However, in my Flash movie, there is one part which requires the use of my CGI script. Is there any server that automatically provide the cgi-bin folder for you, so that all the CGI scripts can go there and execute safely? And how do I set file permissions? If there are no servers providing such a folder for you, can you guys think of a server which allows you to upload your CGI scripts anywhere you want? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Most every server lets you have a cgi-bin automatically... I have a server that I charge $200 per year...it's prety fast and has alot of bells and whistles.
