    4.4.2 version?????

    is there a newer version of koolmoves then the 4.4 version i have

    Yes but I didn't distribute it to all users. There are 2 fixes. You can get a patch for 4.4 if you email me - [email protected]. Include your key code in the email.

    I just purchased this software

    and it keeps crashing on me. WHY?

    Most likely causes -

    1) Your installation file was corrupted on download.

    2) You have too many applications open while running KoolMoves. Some people can get away with this but others can't.

    3) There are still problems with importing swf files.

    I got the download link directly from koolmoves.com

    I have to constantly keep saving my work as i do it because i never know when it will crash. And i am using a brand new computer. I've tried emailing you or support but it keep bouncing back. So please more troubleshooting or tell how to get a refund.

    I am having email problems at the moment.

    Did you close down other applications that are running?

    These are other possible causes --

    - bad video card drivers
    - general lack of system (graphic) resources
    - running a free RAM memory manager
    - running an application that adds skins to all toolbars

    If none of these are applicable, I suggest that you download again, uninstall the current version and install the new download.

    I don't feel any of these apply I am using a 5 day old computer. I will try to uninstall it option for the 2nd time. And will let you know.

    If you are using version 4.4.2, the size of kmsetup.exe should be exactly 2,285,468 bytes.

    Just to be clear, are you sure that Internet Explorer is minimized?

    It still crashes. This too fustrating. I had to purchase different software to do the job. I need a refund.
