loaded movie not playing...

I have my normal navigation window that works fine and I have a log in tab that when rolled over it will bring up a small loaded movie. The small movie comes up with a name/password box's with the actionscript to make them work. I know they work because it works when JUST editing that small movie by itself.

But when the small movie is loaded it looks fine but it has no reaction to anything I do. I can still input text in the name box but nothing happens when I hit the 'go' button.

I'm not sure if that will make any sense but I'm just trying to figure out why the box works fine individually but not when called into a bigger movie.
