check it out i need help

so check this out.www.brianwoodcock.com..it loads way slow!!!!! i cant get it to load faster any suggestions...also after the preloading page (i know its a crap preloader but i am in between stages on it) you are supposed to be able to click "portfolio" and it goes futher into the site...but ****... after i added the preloader the button now just goes back to the 1st page of the second scen...i am stuck

index2.swf is 21.6Mb so its bound to take a little while to load.

That would be 53mins 55sec on a 56k modem

or 2mins 46sec on a 1gigabit DSL connection.
